Some reviews are silly. Not sure what you are expecting for a 35 dollar lobster roll? Anyway we found them to be excellent, oysters Rockefeller for an appetizer, mojitos and a slice of homemade key lime pie for dessert. Overall the lucky lobster was a hit for us.

Ordered a Lobster Roll to go..it was Amazing!! It was warm & soft with butter & lemon on the side! The coleslaw is made of kale & has refreshing apple bits in it with flax seed..not sure if the menu states there's seeds..I don't mind them but people with diverticulitis should be aware :) loved seeing a media photographer doing his magic taking pictures of the tasty looking cocktails at the bar !! Super clean inside & out...I mean a guy was cleaning up a mud puddle outside in the parking lot..type of clean...like after it rained..someone get that guy a beer on me!!

We have been looking for a good Lobster Roll without having to drive too far and did a little research and found Lucky Lobster Co. The place is very clean, open spacious seating and the greet staff was very friendly. Our server was great and very accommodating. The menu both food and beverage were appealing and had tons of items we’d try on our return. So now off to the main review...the Lobster Rolls were by far one of the best we’ve ever had. We ordered the New England version and the Connecticut version. We’d never tried the Connecticut version so we had a good comparison. The New England version is cold versus the Connecticut which is hot. They were both delicious but we preferred the New England way. The hand cut fries and the little fresh cold salad were incredible. We had two adult drinks The Spicy Mango Margarita which according to the wife was one of the freshest and tastiest she’s had. I opted for the Coconut Porter which was off the planet delicious. We will most definitely be back and be back real soon.

What a great place with good food and a great vibe... plenty of outdoor dining as inside as well. New parking across from the restaurant which has improved their accessibility. Drinks are very good with interesting cocktail selections. Special options for menu as well seafood including lobster. Yum! Photo is the grouper taco WOW

Really nice spot for dinner right off the Pinellas Trail in the heart of Dunedin. The food is top notch and the service is very good! I had blackened grouper and my wife had sesame crusted tuna. Both were excellent. One caution, especially for busy times is to plan ahead for parking, but that is true for any spot in that area. Overall a great place to eat and a personal favorite in the area.

Grouper was incredibly fresh, thick filet! Justin, my server, provided fast and friendly service and I’ll definitely ask for him again. The oysters Rockefeller were perfectly grilled, a lot of cheese but it’s the good stuff. Justin’s service really made the whole experience, fresh fish and homemade sides were an amazing cherry on top.

My recent visit to Lucky Lobster was great, showcasing why this spot is a must-visit for seafood lovers. From appetizers to cocktails, every element of our meal was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. We started with the Scallop Wrapped Prosciutto, and it was a perfect beginning. The scallops were perfectly seared, tender and sweet, beautifully complemented by the crispy, flavorful prosciutto. I had the Crab Cakes, which were nothing short of delicious. They were packed with generous amounts of fresh crab meat, seasoned well, and cooked perfect. Served alongside creamy mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables, the accompanying sauce was the ideal, enhancing the crab cakes beautifully. My fiance opted for the Lobster Roll (cold mayonnaise-based) (they did have hot butter rolled as well), and it did not disappoint. The lobster was fresh and sweet, and Lucky Lobster certainly doesn't skimp on the portion – it was a truly generous amount. The roll itself was wonderfully soft and very good. To round out the experience, my Lavender Lemon Drop was a true standout. It was a perfectly balanced cocktail, with the subtle floral notes of lavender harmonizing beautifully with the tartness of the lemon, all presented with a delightful sugar rim. And we ended with a very delicious key lime pie. Our decision to sit outside enhanced the experience, offering a pleasant ambiance. Our server was incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Overall, our visit to Lucky Lobster was very impressive. The quality of the food, the delicious drinks, and the attentive service all combined to create a truly memorable dining experience. We highly recommend Lucky Lobster for anyone seeking top-notch seafood in a lovely setting!
